Have you hit your own dead end? Do you feel stuck in life? Are you in a wheel of recurring anxiety, depression, or interior pain? Then you might be experiencing this same toxicity. You know what’s the real killer in our lives? It’s not some toxic gas floating around or some funky stuff in our water. Nope, it’s not even something tangible like what’s in our soil or on our plate. It’s the ideas or belief systems we cling to and build our lives upon. And I’m not chatting about religious dogma or political ideologies here. I’m talking about our fundamental views on how the world ticks or how it should tick, according to you. You ever find yourself in that bizarre headspace where you genuinely think if you skip setting the alarm the night before, the sun’s just gonna hit snooze too?
In this course spanning several weeks, you’ll engage in practical exercises while delving into:
- The disparity between our life expectations and reality, uncovering the ensuing outcomes.
- Survival models we employ and their significance.
- The advantages of kindness and the dangers of ill will.
- The impact of taboos on our lives and their toxicity.
- Distinguishing between “have to” and “want to,” exploring the roots of your laziness.

- Understanding why missed opportunities are our greatest harm.
- Defining “abnormal” or “insane” and their implications.
